Tullamore Dew Irish Whisky. Nose: Firmer with some immediate pot still fruitiness. Perfumy. Grassy. Very grainy. Toasty. Warm Quite grainy and spirity. Palate: Decent pot still hardness with caramel and spice, light fruity and some malt-loaf sweetness, caramel. Finish: Medium length; the caramel lingers but the vanilla and spices ensure complexity. Comment:An engaging sweetness which works well with the fruity pot still.
