Buffalo Trace Bourbon has an fantastic aroma, kicked off by a spicy punch that any Bourbon lover will immediately recognise as the hallmark of the old ancient age distillery. Buffalo Trace has a satisfying deep, gently vanilla-ed and molassed taste with even a sprig of sweet mint. On the palate Buffalo Trace has an amazing waxy sweetness backed up by a big build up of vanilla-rich oak. Buffalo Trace's finish dries at last as the oak takes command, but rye offers extra depth and a layer of bitterness as does a lingering liquorice. Buffalo Trace is big, moody, uncompromising and complex beyond belief. One of the world's great whiskys.
