Knob Creek Bourbon is a classic top of the range bourbon. Knob Creek Bourbon on the nose is like marmalade on toast, beautiful, sweet fruit with a dash of soft rye and edge of saltiness. Knob Creek's palate is spicy with a busy start, an early arrival of cocoa but a playfully biting, taste-bud nipping charcter stars with a marshmallow maltiness. Knob Creek bourbon develops smooth, satisfying, nutty, flavours of hazelnuts. Knob Creek's finish has loads of cocoa which balances out the vanilla with a surge of fruity, apple-like flavours. A dry, but magnificently long finish.
