Cachaca is a spirit made in Brazil with sugar cane as its base. Most commonly drunk in the Caipirinha (cachaca, lime, and ice...easy!), Ypioca's Gold Cachaça is distilled from sugar-cane and aged for one year in barrels of balsam wood thereby acquiring it's special taste and bouquet.
