Ypioca is known as the largest producer of Cachaca in Brazil and makes several types, notably; Rum Toucano - aged for two years in oak casks, dates back to 1846. Ypioca Crystal - A clear cachaca, aged for 10 months in Brazilian wood barrels called freijo. Ypioca is Brazil's finest Cachaça distilled from sugar-cane aged one year barrels of freije (special wood of Brazil), for this Crystal thereby acquiring a special taste and bouquet
