Pineau des Charentes is a blend of young, fresh wine grapes and Cognac brandy. Aged for at least one year in oak casks, this delightful wine is ¾ fresh grape juice and ¼ aged Cognac. Pineau Des Charentes Reynac is fresh and soft with rich, fruity flavours. Its aroma is powerful and round with hints of figs, Malaga (strong, sweet grapes), vanilla, prunes, some exotic fruits, hints of honey, walnut, almond, and plum. The taste is described as supple and silky well-balanced elegant mellowness, delicate and refined wine; pleasing aftertaste.
