Grappa Distillerie Roner is made from South Tyrolean grape marcs (Schiava gentile, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanche, Chardonnay etc……) Grappa Distillerie Roner is young, transparent and clear, its aroma is fresh and strong, with a marked dry taste. Grappa Distillerie Roner is made using the traditional method of fermenting pomace, the pressed skins and seeds from the winemaking process, without sugar or alcohol then distilling it. The result is a potent clear spirit which is great served cold.
