Kwak 75cl

Kwak pours a very deep amber colour, looking much like maple tree amber. The nose is of rich pistachio nut, banana, dried apricot, and fresh baked bread (very yeasty). The taste is much similar to the nose, lots of pistachio nut on the draw, with a very rich banana finish. There is almost a Lambic like fruitiness to the beer that contributes to the enjoyment of this beer. The finish is long... drawn out... very malty and fruity. Kwak mouth feel is absolutely fantastic with light carbonation and small bubbles. It should be noted that the alcohol content is greatly masked by the sweet bready flavours. This beer is very rich... almost desert beer quality
