Gonzalez Byass Superior Cream 75cl

Superior Cream, Aptly named compared to other Cream sherries. Deep mahogany gradually fading to ochre, bright. Appealing, with raisings and oak on the nose and a mouthful of raisins, oranges, nuts and oak. No yeast, but lightly caramelised nutty aroma with hints of brown sugar. Sweetness on the palate with warming burnt sugar notes, orange and a drying note of olives and nuts in the finish which is quite long. Luscious and full bodied, layered and balanced with fresh acids.
