Gonzalez Byass Elegante Fino 75cl

Elegante Fino pours with a pale gold colour with a light and fragrant, dry taste. The bouquet is elegant, light and dry with a distinctive 'flor' aroma, notes of wood, sea-spray salt and iodine. Full flavoured palate, with baked white fruits, spice, mineral and more iodine. Lovely texture through the midpalate too, with a rounded, creamed sensation behind all the typicity. Its period of ageing may be approximately 3 years. All the grapes are from vineyards owned by González Byass in the Jerez Superior area
