Noilly Prat has a most attractive herbal nose with quince and musty notes. Bitter-sweet in the mouth with a slightly gingerish note, cinnamon, clove and green apple. Very attractive. The essential grape varieties used by Noilly Prat are exclusively Blancs de Blancs white wines, light and fruity. The wines are first matured separately in large oak casks inside the original storehouses first used in 1850. For eight months, contact with the oak strengthens the body of the wine used for Noilly Prat.
