Opal Bianca Sambuca is a modern interpretation of traditional Italian sambucas. It is made with pure Alpine water, elderflowers, fresh lemon and two kinds of anise. It pours clear with a sweet lemon peel and brown spice nose. A smooth, silky entry leads to a full-bodied palate with fruity flavours supported by a complex melange of anise, citrus, and spice notes. Finishes gracefully with a lingering wave of sweet anisette cookie flavour. Enjoy it straight, over ice, in coffee or as a refreshing aperitif.
