Myers's Jamaican 'Original Dark' rum is Distilled in Kingston, Jamaica. Myers Rum is a blend of up to nine select rums, Myers's is produced from continuous and pot still distillation and is then matured for up to four years in white oak barrels. Myers Rum has a colour of Mahogany, the charred wood aromas have a phenolic edge. A thick entry leads to a mildly sweet, moderately full-bodied palate of dark caramel and toasted coconut husks. Myers finishes with a lash of spicy heat and a charred whiskey barrel note. Its subtle, balanced blend perfectly harmonizes taste and aroma. Ideal in long drinks or cocktails, it can also be enjoyed on the rocks or neat.
