Appleton White Rum is a crisp, medium-bodied rum, a perfect complement to fruit juices, colas, and other mixers. Unlike many other white rums, Appleton White Rum has been aged for up to two years in oak barrels. The colour is extracted by slowly filtering the rum through activated charcoal. This allows Appleton White to have a fuller, richer, and more rounded character and flavour than other white rums. Awarded the Greenall's Trophy for the Best White Spirit Overall, and a Gold Medal in the 1998 International Wine and Spirits Competition
