Bunderberg Overproof Rum is the genuine Australian article and is a stronger tasting rum due in part to the larger ageing vessels and its own distillation process. It has been blended for extra strength and flavour and is Australia`s favourite rum clocking in at 57.7% abv. Bundaberg Over Proof rum is darker, stronger and more complex than the regular Bundy. It is intense and sugary and provides an interesting ingredient for a wide range of cocktails. Dark and Stormy: 50ml Bundaberg Rum, 25ml freshly squeezed lime juice, dash of syrup de Gomme, top up with ginger beer and garnish with a wedge of lime
