Windsor Ruby Port is a blend of young wines from various years, aged for three years in wood casks and bottled after filtration. A fresh, full-bodied wine with rich intense fruit on the palate, aged in wooden vats before bottling. Windsor Ruby Port has rich, full-bodied flavours of raspberry, plum and spice, giving a rich, fruity, sweet taste. It retains the red colour and fruit flavour of youth, and is ready to drink when bottled. Windsor Fine Ruby Port pairs well with blue veined cheeses, rich chocolate desserts ­ especially with raspberry sauce ­ or simply squares of dark chocolate and toasted walnuts.
