Cockburns Late Bottle Vintage Port. late bottled vintage port is matured in cask for a couple of years longer than vintage port so that it is softer and ready to drink at point of bottling. This port spent five years in cask. Unlike vintage port, LBV does not need decanting to remove sediment, just pour from the bottle. Great on its own at the end of a meal, this also goes very well with a good unpasteurised Brie, or with puddings or desserts flavoured with coffee or chocolate - even bitter chocolate."
