Sliwowica Plum Brandy is distilled from freshly picked ripe plums and fortified with the addition of neutral spirits. The recipe goes back to very old Polish traditions. Its a natural, seasoned and flavoured brandy. It's principal ingredient is spirit from plums and is refined in the process of storage with the addition of oak wood. Sliwowica Plum Brandy has an excellent flavour and aroma with a bouquet so much a characteristic for this product as the result of the presence of honey from Polish apiaries.
