H by Hine is a fine cognac from the house of Hine consisting of a blend of 14 different cognacs all greater than 4 years of age. Light and mellow with a great balance of fruit and complex wood¸ H by Hine has been blended not only to be drunk on its own but also to mix well with other drinks. It's their most floral cognac: with hints of jasmine and iris on the nose, and a delicate, velvety palate. Cognac, named after the town of Cognac in France, is a brandy, which is produced in the region surrounding the town. It must be made from at least 90 percent Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, or Colombard grapes. The rest of the cognac can consist of ten selected grapes.
