Kingstone Press Cider is a premium traditional dry cider it offers a unique, smooth taste with a crisp, fruity aroma. The excellent fruity flavour stems from its origination in Herefordshire and is made to a traditional recipe. The bittersweet Dabinett and Michelin apples used to make Kingstone Press are hard fruits. Before the juices can be extracted they need to be cut into a pulp using a rotary mill. This pulp is then pressed. The apple juice is moved directly to the fermentation process allowing the natural flavours and aromas to develop. The cider is then checked for taste and aroma to ensure consistency, it is then chilled, filtered and carbonated and finally it's ready for consumption.
