This is Sheppey's traditional cider,it is made from our finest home grown cider apples and then blended with a small amount of best Somerset honey. This careful balance produces an excellent medium cider with a smooth, delicate flavour and pleasant aroma. Typical apple juice aroma initially but with a pleasantly floral sweet honey note developing with time and almost dominating the apples. Medium bodied and citric flavours in the mouth but again the honey and apples are equally prominent, and follows with a lovely aftertaste from the honey.
