York Brewery Yorkshire Terrier Beer 50cl

Yorkshire Terrier Beer is the most famous beer from York Brewery. Gold coloured with a short head but good condition. Fresh aroma predominantly citrusy-hoppy, with grapefruit, lightly-sweetish orange-peel, and spicy hoppy scent. Lots of bitter grapefruit-peel and dryish floral flavour combine with a semi-sweetish pale malts and fruit esters, leading to a smooth long-lasting bitterness, like crushed orange seeds. It has a more herbal-kind of mouthfeel of fuller hops with a modest fruit base which has elements of apple tending toward dark orange marmalade near the finish. Yorkshire Terrier Beer is a light bodied refreshing hoppy ale that seems perfect for summer.
