St Peter's Suffolk Gold Bitter Ale 50cl

St Peter's Suffolf Gold Bitter is a premium light amber-coloured ale made from traditional and lager malts. The nose is herbally hoppy with a strong malt background. In the mouth it is bitter but rounded, with a pale malty quality that is ever-so-slightly sweet and a little grainy. The hop character is earthy and herbal, but not overpowering. Suffolf Gold is smooth, not over carbonated, and has a rich, nutty, toffee-malt character with some caramel notes, tempered by an earthy hop bitterness. Finish is bitter and hoppy with grainy malt still apparent. A well-balanced, understated beer pleasantly drinkable.
