St Peter's Organic Ale 50cl

St Peter's Organic Ale is a golden beer that pours with a bubbly, rapidly vanishing head. Aroma is lightly hoppy, almost grassy, with lots of lemon. In the mouth it is light and refreshing, though a little on the lively side. The hop character is very citrusy and pleasantly bitter, St Peter's Organic Ale is very pleasant to the taste, there is an agreeable slight dry bitterness which lingers on the palate after each drink. There is also a touch of caramelly malt present, which rounds off the finish in a well-balanced manner. Overall a decent session beer, with the added bonus of organic credentials.
