Sam Smiths Organic Lager pours a light, slightly hazy gold colour with a decent foamy head, leaving minimal lace. The aroma is clean malt, light and sweet. Smooth on the palate with moderate carbonation much sweeter. Sam Smiths Organic Lager is sweeter than their Pure Brewed Lager while there is a very good malt presence, the sugary sweetness is prevalent. There is a decent hop bitterness here, but not as much as the Pure Brewed Lager. Some moderate bitterness and dryness in the finish and the sweetness continues into the aftertaste.
