Otter Bright Beer is a wonderful golden coloured beer brewed with malt, fuggles hops and spring water from the River Otter. Otter Bright is a light and refreshing ale, it pours clear with a delicate but lasting head. There's a spicy nose of orange peel, pineapple and elderflower with a fresh, bready undertone and a good level of complexity that certainly whets the appetite. In the mouth, Otter Bright is a light-bodied, refreshing and zesty beer, lemony and spicy, not over-hopped as some of the golden ales tend to be, not overly bitter. The finish is lightly fruity, slightly sweet and not too assertively bitter.
