Croptons Scoresby Stout 50cl

Croptons Scoresby Stout is a rich dark stout and takes it name from a whaling Captain who hailed from Cropton who reputedly invented the Crow's nest (enough history). An almost black beer with a hint of red has a strong Coffee aroma, backed by a touch of malt. In the taste, heavily roasted (almost burnt) grain presides over gentle malt sweetness and bitter hops. Bitter coffee finish, Good drinking condition. Overall a wonderfully balanced roasted malt beer that's not too sweet.
