Cropton's Honey Gold beer is a fine traditional ale with a hint of summer sweetness its a single varietal hop brew, using the new dwarf hop, first gold, plus a dose of Yorkshire Honey. Cropton's Honey Gold is a golden beer with big spongy white head and a perfumed, citric hop nose. The crisp, malty taste has a scented hop edge, with soft honey evident on the swallow. Plenty of condition to this beer, perfumery and with a deep malt flavour to balance. Bitter, very hoppy finish with a hint of honey. Very good drinking condition. A bottle-conditioned beautiful beer.
