Jockstrap is Bottle Conditioned. It Poured a coppery burnt orange with a white head that dissipated relatively quickly. Aroma is rather floral and nutty, with a strong touch of citrus. On the pallate was some spice and quite hoppy, quite yeasty, but with a smooth mouthfeel, but not too gassy. The flavour is fruity and sugary at the same time with yeasty overtones, but still a sweetish best bitter from the Wessex co-operative. It's a decent eneogh drinkable beer, it's bitterness is sharp but refined, and pleasant on the palate leaving a long lasting aftertaste
