Sapporo Lager is the famouse beer from the large Japanese brewer in the classic shaped can. It has a very faint nose of vanilla and spice. On the palate it is light and sparkly, there is some bitterness, light hop flavours and hints of lemon and sherbet, quite a pleasant flavour. There is no sweetness forthcoming its dry and smooth. Aftertaste is pretty minimal - perhaps a light, fading hoppiness and more spice? Sapporo, Clean and satisfying, just what you want in a beer. Perfect for that sushimi dinner.
