Olmeca Reposado Tequila 70cl

Olmeca Reposado Tequila is aged for six months in small American oak barrels. Depending on the technique used to age the tequila, it takes on a different flavour and smoothness. Olmeca Reposado Tequila is a pale gold colour with key lime pie and caramel aromas. It has a silky entry which leads to a dryish light-to-medium body of coconut cream and key lime pie flavours with a touch of grilled pepper and spice. Finishes with a clean, sweet and spicy fade. A excellent choice for margaritas.
Reposado means "rested" which means that it has been aged between 60 days and 11 months. All Tequila is white when it comes out of the still. This white, colourless "silver" tequila is then reduced with distilled water to the desired proof. Tequila becomes "gold" from a process of ageing
