After sampling a vast amount of different malt and grain whiskies, selecting the right barrels and then masterfully blending and bottling small batches without colouring and especially without filtration he has created a unique range of whiskies which need to be tasted to be believed. Rich, Round, Elegant. A hand-picked selection of Highland malt whiskies, aged in French Oak heads on American oak casks to share the best flavour traits of both. Tasting Notes~ A soft palate, with flavour notes of clove and vanilla, accenting to a sweet maltiness and subtle fruit character. Its medium weight, with along finish echoing hints of vanilla and clove.
