Moorhouse's Blonde Witch Ale pours with a colour that is gold and a tint of brown. The head is low, compact and white. The aroma is soft and malty, with notes of butterscotch, brown sugar and some grassy hop notes, Brewed with pale malt and a single hop. Blonde Witch Ale is pretty light on the mouthfeel with a welcomed crispy touch, On the palate floral and spicy hops and tart citrus fruit make their presence. Followed by a bittersweet finish with rich malt, tangy hops and tart fruit; Aftertaste becomes dry and hoppy.
