Dentergems 25cl

Dentergems Witbier pours with a lovely bright white creamy head on top of a slightly hazy body. It has the spicy and light malt nose so characteristic of the style, with coriander, cinnamon, vanilla and perhaps a hint of apple present. In the mouth it is smooth, refreshing, clean and lightly malty, with the light spice showing again on the roof of the mouth. White grapes and melon are present, remaining through the finish together with a lively, bubbly feeling around the sides of the tongue. Dentergems Witbier aftertaste is of coriander, grapes and light malt, fading over time to leave a slightly warm, moreish feeling in the mouth and throat. Dentergems Witbier is a very pleasant beer straight from the fridge, ideal for hot weather.
