Wallace Malt Whisky Liqueur 70cl

Wallace Malt Whisky Liqueur derives its name from the immortal Sir William Wallace (1272 - 1305), the heroic soldier who became Guardian of Scotland after famously defeating the English at the Battle of Stirling Bridge in 1297. Created with the matured Deanston Highland single malt, Wallace is made from only natural ingredients, including the pure clear waters of the River Teith which rises in the nearby mountains of the Trossachs. Mixed with traditional Scottish berries and French herbs, Wallace Liqueur is smooth to the taste with a fragrant, fruity flavour with hints of spice. It is not too sweet or syrupy, and has a perfectly well balanced nature with a warming sensation on the finish. Serve straight, or it is best served chilled or over ice. It serves as an excellent mixer in cocktails, and can be used to add spice to a variety of culinary treats.
