The spicy, honey flavour is perfect over ice in summer or drunk neat for a warming winter, after-dinner digestif. Nose Honey, lemons, pears and brown sugar. Palate Starts honeyish, becomes malty, developing to a heathery, faintly peaty, balancing dryness. Finish Warming, soothing.
