Floris Honey Beer has a very powerful floral aroma strongly honeyish and a sweetness and mild citrus too. Floris Honey poured a cloudy off-white colour with lots of thick light-tan head which leaves attractive layered lacing around the glass. Not merely a hint of honey in this beer, like in most honey beers, but with a fruity type of honey that completely dominates the flavour The honey in the hits the tounge first, then it bursts into a flower taste. The honey remains strongly in the aftertaste of Floris Honey Gardenbeer with a minor wheat taste, with lasting honey and sweetness, Quite impressive!
